Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click the "Register" button on the homepage, fill in your details, and verify your email. You'll be able to start using the free tier immediately with 6 consultations per month.
What's included in the free tier?
The free tier includes 6 consultations per month, basic transcription services, and SOAP note generation. You can upgrade anytime for unlimited consultations and advanced features.
Do I need special equipment?
You just need a computer or tablet with a microphone and internet connection. We recommend a good quality microphone for better transcription accuracy.

Consultations

How do I start a consultation?
Navigate to the Consultations page from your dashboard, select a patient (or create a new one), and click "Start Recording". The system will begin transcribing in real-time.
How accurate is the transcription?
Our intelligent algorithms are optimized for medical terminology and achieve high accuracy rates. The transcription quality improves with clear audio and proper pronunciation.
Can I edit the generated notes?
Yes! All generated SOAP notes are fully editable. You can review and modify them before finalizing in your records.

Account & Billing

How do I upgrade my subscription?
Visit the Pricing page or click "Upgrade" from your dashboard. Choose your plan (Solo £39/mo, Group £99/mo, or Enterprise custom) and follow the checkout process.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do consultation limits work?
Free tier users have 6 consultations per month that reset on the first day of each month. Paid tier users (Solo, Group, Enterprise) have unlimited consultations.

Troubleshooting

The microphone isn't working
Check your browser permissions to ensure Remedic Intelligence has access to your microphone. You may need to refresh the page after granting permission.
Transcription is slow or not working
This is usually due to internet connectivity issues. Check your connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.
I forgot my password
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.
